Roger Krone is the president and chief executive officer of Scouting America. He was previously CEO of Leidos Holdings, Inc. A pilot and aerospace engineer, Krone worked for 45 years in the aerospace industry. He attended Harvard Business School where he earned a Master of Business Administration. Roger discusses how he views his role as the CEO of Scouting America when working with the board, and what unique perspectives the CEO brings to governance.
